:  I manage a gas station in INDIA ,where all Under ground tanks are directly vented to the atmosphere, no p-v vents or any other vapor recovery system is connected to the tanks. I want to install ap-v ventto minimise evaporation losses is it alright to fit a p-v vent to such an UST.
:  There no leagal requirements regarding emmission nonms.
