Here on the Indian Reservation EVERYTHING IS PREPAY !!
The people prepay you in cash, then you autherize the pump to dispense fuel. Then give change if needed. With credit cards, they give you the card then you autherize the pump to dispense fuel. What ever way you want to do it THEY MUST PAY YOU FIRST BEFORE TURNING ON THE PUMP TO GET FUEL.Tape signs on the pumps or have stickers made ( PREPAY FIRST). They may not like it and at first they will complane but it puts the money in your hand first! And cost you nothing!
